Digital Download Terms & Conditions
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.

2. Delivery of Images
Digital images will be delivered via an online gallery or download link. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save the files promptly upon delivery.

3. File Responsibility
After download, customers are responsible for storing and backing up their purchased images. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files once they have been delivered.

4. Image Quality & Color
While we strive to ensure accurate color and quality, final image appearance may vary depending on screen settings, printers, and materials used.

5. Usage Rights
Purchased digital images are for personal use only. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Copyright
All images remain the property of the photographer. Purchasing a digital file grants a license to use the image, not ownership of the copyright.
